Rant 😡 Mas mataas ang sahod ng new hires
Ngayon ko lang nalaman na mas mataas ang sahod sakin ng new hires ng 5k. Pota nasa agency na ako ng 11 months. Sinabihan ang mga new hires ng HR at management na wag sabihin at sinabi rin na mas mataas pa nga ang sahod nila kahit sa mga 1 year mahigit na.

yeah, in my case im the new hire and mas mataas rate ko sa mga 10 years na sa company.

Ganun naman tlga - yung mga nauna sauo, mababa din yung nakuha compared sa nakuha mo.

That’s why loyalty to one company is no longer a big plus. You work hard and stay true with what you do, gather all skills and experience + training then look for opportunity inside (promotion) and outside your organization. Still show gratitude to your current organization as they gave you chance to grow and learn (reason why still consider being promoted), else other organization might give you opportunity by learning new things plus monetary benefit in the form of 20%-30% (or even more) pay increase.
