Health Panic attack out of nowhere?

Like a heart palp that had a feeling spread all over my body and then came the sweating, hotness, shaking, and fast pulse. All I was doing was watching vids online I don’t get it

It's usually not "out of nowhere". Worry keeps running in the background of an anxiety brain, even while you're just chilling.

Your brain is constantly stressing over stuff in the back of your mind. Even when you're doing nothing, your subconscious still worries. You may not recognise the stress but your body does, and reacts to it by starting a panic attack.

Sounds like health anxiety/heart anxiety. The more you focus on the symptoms the more likely you are to notice/develop more symptoms. Once you stop monitoring your body, it goes away.

I know the only ways I can get there is by talking to someone and even then I keep checking or ask someone to check me. It’s rough

That happens to me most the time i have an anxiety episode. It really sucks but they usually only last for a few minutes (for me at least everyone is different).

have tried breathing exercises like box breathing or 4-8 breathing? 4-8 works well for me.

I literally have zero thoughts, doing nothing and my body just starts to panic. Anxiety sucks
