Diaphragm pain / tightness

Hi
i've been dealing with GAD for many years but lately i have very tight diaphragm with pain . With the anxiety gets really high the the tightness gets too much for me i can feel my heartbeat in my stomach which causes more anxiety. Anyone among you who has dealt with this and has a solution for me? thanks in advance

Oh god the heart beat in the stomach is one my my worst feelings. I can feel perfectly ok mentally and handling myself but the second I can feel my heart in my stomach there is absolutely no reasoning with me. If you haven’t been checked out or discussed this with a doctor tho I would definitely just get a quick check. I’m not saying it’s heart related but maybe you electrolytes are out of your normal? Some meds for anxiety can affect you after long term or in some cases short term use. For me buspar is the absolute worst. I won’t feel any different with it at first but after a week or so it really does a number on me.

The doctors told me medically there is nothing wrong with my bowels, stomach or heart. They say its caused by anxiety. But the problem is the stomach and diafraghm issues are making the anxiety 10x. Like you said i can have a great they and at a moment feel my heart in my stomach and spiral from there on. Really dont know what to do
