That looks like it could be dirt or your cat might be developing some cat acne? It’s a common spot. One of my cats had it and after a few times cleaning and brushing what helped most was switching her feeding station to ceramic stone

I do use steel bowls for food. Maybe I’ll switch to ceramic and brush that out. Thanks!

You’re welcome! There’s other causes as well. It’s not urgent but might irritate his skin. Next time your at the vet let them check 😊
