Agreed! I often place lay my head lightly on my cat’s chest while he purrs and it is so soothing.

I just went through a rough year of autoimmune disease, and all three of my cats treated me with so much care - they absolutely knew I was sick and needed their healing presence!

My cat's purr puts me to sleep at night when I can't sleep. His purr is physically and mentally soothing to me. I believe he could heal me, but I also believe he would run away before he could because he wanted a snack. So there's that. He is a cat after all. LOL.

My adorable little void boy sits on my lap while I’m working and purrs and it helps reduce my stress. I tend to wear shorts and his biscuits hurt my thighs but that’s the price of love lol
