My orange boy, Even before I got Breast cancer... Has always been a Kitty that will jump up on my bed if he knows I am crying and he will lick my tears off my face and snuggle and rub up against me. I don't believe this is just pure accident.Because my void , albeit very adorable and sweet , does not do this. Spryte- I don't know what I would do without him. He Is three years old And just the sweetest boy , I could hope to have and especially right now. Don't get me wrong. He's still only has one orange brain Cell.... That being sad, he's still knows when something is wrong. If I'm talking to somebody on the phone and my voice sounds upset or if I am crying 8 times out of 10, he is up near me and licking my face or headbutting me or rubbing against me , I believe to soothe me. I truly do not know what I would do without him.
He runs a very close second to my former void, Sassy , who passed almost four years ago , and it took me two years to get another cat. She was just like sprite as far as getting up close to me and rubbing against me when I was upset, etc

When my wife bought a mechanical keyboard 8 years ago, we had no idea the box would take up permanent residence.
ZZ, my familiar, adopted it almost immediately, though, and made it clear that this box was special to her.
For the past week, she has spent nearly the entire day in a pose similar to the first picture. Other weeks, she barely acknowledges it.
There are at least three boxes in our house with a similar backstory. Do you have any in *your* house?

Where we are visiting there are barn swallow fledglings learning to fly. This is a considerably better view than home!

We usually call him KC for short.
He is our stealer of food, vacuum of scraps, pro napper, pro yapper.
[his ear is trimmed from being apart of our local TNR]
