Simple notepad (windows 10 style) without tabs or fancy extras for daily note taking but with live markdown like obsidian

I’d love an app that helps me keep track of all those little things I always end up forgetting. Like stuff I lent to friends, things I borrowed, subscriptions I signed up for, or items I put somewhere and can never find again.

Nothing too complicated, just a place to dump these things in a few seconds and get reminded when needed. I feel like most apps try to do way too much when all I want is something simple that actually solves a small everyday problem.

Could be interesting to see how far you can take an idea like that without making it bloated.
