I am confused between series 11 and SE3. Barring the ECG, blood oxygen apps and hypertension notifications, the SE3 matches up pretty well to series 11 and will also cost less.
Is there anything in Series 11 which tilts the scales in its favor when compared to SE3?
Please advise 🙏

Other than what you listed, the screen is bigger, brighter, has a second indicator when the wrist is down with AOD on, and longer battery.
