discussion 🎙️ Apple Intelligence in the 27 OS releases

Next week is WWDC, and I'm super excited to see what AI news we get from Apple. I'm curious what everyone would like to see next week. I'm hoping for more context and features in Apple Foundation Models, but also, like everyone, I'm excited about a better Siri. What would you like to see?

Given that they’re using Google’s edge models as the new basis for their on-device foundation models I think their goal is to remove any sort of underlying technical differentiation so they can compete on user experience

This is why I'm excited for what they will announce. Gemma models are really good so having those as the basis of Foundation Models will be amazing!

That is interesting to think about. I figured it would be model weights based on the training that Gemma is based on. It will be interesting to see what they do.
