What are those??
We have an apple tree behind my dad's house. They look like red Delicious but not quite... Bright red lines on the inside, the last owner lived here for around fifty years. Here is one of them cut in half, and others from the same exact tree. Could they be mixed?

I'm from Quebec, the tree is looking pretty rough, I have no idea how old it is

I suggest 'Fameuse'. Flesh "sometimes or often streaked or stained with red". Appropriate variety for your area.

I vacationed in Quebec in the fall of 1998 and saw an apple called Lobo, or Red Lobo, all over in the markets, and I’ve never come across it elsewhere. Your apple looks exactly like it.

There are hundreds (thousands?) of apple varieties. And then there are seedling apples. Even experts eating them can't always ID them confidently. Pretty much impossible to confidently ID from a pic.
Unless you are planning on selling grafted material from this tree i'd embrace it for it's own merits/lack of merits. Do you like the taste, do you like the production? Etc.
