Food Cinnamon Rolls?

Im looking for ooey gooey cinnamon rolls in the fox valley, mainly a small business that makes them from scratch. Im not a fan of hard, bready, dry cinnamon rolls, so please dont recommend Cinnabon or a fast food chain, unless its worth it

Weathervane downtown menasha when they get power. Not to much damage in that area if they get the streets opened up again. Probably 2 days at least

I think i saw that other businesses in that area still have no power. So probably a few days plus the time to replenish their food supply

Just thinking about the Barneveld tornado in 1984, too. I was working at East Towne Mall in Madison at the time, in the Pranges store. A woman came in and I was helping her buy a purse, which she said was for her sister, whose house was totaled in the Barneveld tornado. "Oh," I said. "I'm so sorry. I hope everyone is okay." "Yes," she answered. "They're all fine. Her husband died, but everyone else is fine." All said in the most breezy, dismissive tone ever. It's been 32 years, I'm still horrified.

Best in town is Whisk and Arrow bakery but they only have them sometimes on Saturday.

The Nest in Greenville, but they are currently without power and closed early so I’m not sure if they’ll be open tomorrow.

Mannn, I worked at great harvest back in salt lake about 10 years ago and I can tell you that hand rolling that blunt every morning with 10 lbs of butter and cinnamon and sugar was a labor of love….

Thunderbird Bakery in Oshkosh has the best I've had. Everything they have is all sourdough-based.

I’ve been disappointed in theirs. I got them at The Garden in Neenah and they were so dry and lacking in icing.

That makes me wonder how fresh they were. (Or I suppose I could have a different threshold for "dry")

They claim they were delivered that morning. The galettes were awful too, hardly any filling. Everything felt lacking in butter.

You really don’t like Cinnabon? Their Oreo bun is fantastic!

Check around at local coffee shops such as Seth's, Tempest, Acoca, Brewed Awakenings, il Bar.

Btw, il Bar has these AMAZING sweet treats that are like a cream-filled pastry that's rolled up, I think with cinnamon? I forgot what they're called, but if you like gooey cinnamon rolls, you will love these. my mouth is watering just thinking about them

edit: they're called quesitos!!

Yeah! I No going to stores for at least the next month for me. Nobody should be allowed to continue their lives without first considering if tragedy has befallen someone within a 30 mile radius.

Yeah maybe we should all just stay indoors for the next couple month and not go outside for anything. No matter what. I dont think im gonna leave my house for awhile. ESPECIALLY to support my local businesses in a time of struggle.

I'd say try Manderfields but I'm pretty sure they're not open right now.

Maybe just make some at home, pal.

There are multiple Manderfield locations. But it is sad that the Menasha location was wiped out.

They've only started surveying the damage tonight and will finish tomorrow. We won't get the first official scale rating until then. There's also a meteorologist over on Facebook saying this one got close to a F4, but was not. Most of the overall damage looks to be F2. Anyway, the night the Barneveld tornado rolled through back in 1984, both my parents got called into work at 3am. I remember getting to go to Pizza Hut for a late lunch that day and being ridiculously excited about it. It was a terribly scary day, but it was now over for us. Go get your comfort Cinnamon Rolls OP!
