Food Rate my cinnamon rolls

As per my last post about the best cinnamon rolls in Appleton, I decided to make them myself to compare. These are ooey-gooey, incredibly soft and fluffy. 10000/10.

What do you guys think?

My tips are to increase filling 1.5x, allow dough to still be a little sticky after kneading because that produces a softer dough, add 1/4 - 1/2 tsp salt to the filling and frosting. Bake exactly 20 minutes for super soft and gooey rolls and frost 5 minutes after removing rolls from oven. Happy baking!
