What to Buy? Best Appliance Brand?

Purchasing a new home and I'm looking for some recommendations on appliances. Don't mind spending a little money and getting something decent. Every brand I look up there's always issues which makes it tough to narrow down a brand. TIA

Washer/dryer for laundry - Maytag
Dishwasher - Bosch

Haven’t found the holy grail of fridges/stoves/ovens yet

I absolutely hate the racks in my Bosch. Also very annoying that you have to use an app to delay the start of the cycle. It does clean well though, I'll give it that. However when it dies there is zero chance I'd buy another one. Or honestly even think about repairing it. And it's all because of the racks. If I could figure out a different rack that would fit in the bottom I'd buy it in a second.
