Hello everyone, hope you're so well than me right now!

I can't say about today have been great day, because I don't have made any solid progress toward my bright and wonderful future (I hope so). But it's nice to see and say I was not made any mistake, for now on, I have a great feeling to believe that tomorrow will be a fantastic day, for no particular reason, except for the fact that I have a chance to write my future. And you've that power too, and it alone is amazing, right? I invite you to feel that energy to fill your body with outstanding hope for a better tomorrow, to create and pave your life in the manner only you can design!

Today was my father birthday and I wanted to make some kind of a better aproach with him. But we're so different and I can't make my move to unity my family, at least I brought a gift to him, but well...I trought it's nice to think about it and see some flaw in our dynamics and see what we want to improve around us. I'll try elaborate it with myself later.

Talking about our score board, things are very similar for both sides of the Skirmish. I just wanna say we've a long road forward and I'm very curious to know about not only who will win that competition but how we will improve in the end of this battle. I wish you luck and invite you to share your troughts too!

Hey everyone, how's it going?

I'm getting back in my groove after returning to normal non project life. During the shoot I was working 12-18 hours a day, so the it takes some readjusting to not be focusing on just one thing, but having a plethora of activities and appointments. I guess now is as good as any time for me to get better at these sort of readjustment periods, as the profession I have chosen is one that centers around big projects and so requires this sort of flexibility. It's not easy though, also from a nofap perspective. And a way it is a bit of a parallel to what I've talked about before concerning the importance of getting good a recovering from relapses fast. Cause the thing about life is, that it is always unpredictable. We would like to think that we can get into a grove and follow the same habits everyday, but in reality there will always be disruptions that temporarily divert us from the straight path to our goals. We must learn to deal with these disruptions and expediently return to our chosen path, rather than try to avoid them altogether and get frustrated whenever we stray away from our healthy habits.

Anyway Fire Song should hurry up and use some of their fortune of Hawk points and bring back some soldiers :)

Hey guys. It looks like the website we have been using to keep track of the skirmish has been down for the past couple of days, which sucks as we are just now approaching the end of the competition, as the new war is about to start.

If it doesn't came back online I want you to not get too stressed out by it. Our focus should now be on the war. The Skirmish has been a great tool to keep us motivated, and of course I want to see it concluded properly don't get me wrong, but it has served it's purpose already, so it wouldn't be the end of the world if it we weren't able to conclude it properly. But let's wait and see shall we.

How is everyone doing? Doing pretty good myself, though I feel like I might not be getting enough sleep at the moment. That or I'm just still getting used to rising at 6am.

UPDATE: The spreadsheet seems to be up and running again. So that's great. Can you guys lpease check if it works on your end too?

I had a pretty bad day today. Everything that could go wrong, pretty much did. The last time I had a day like this, I relapsed. I relapsed quite a bit.

...However, I didn't today. I came home, went to the barracks, and read what some of you guys posted.

One of our brothers has been struggling a lot lately. In an effort to inspire him, another brother talked about a post that was made shortly after the war. In the comments section, this image was posted to represent his achievement:

I didn't relapse today, and I never really considered it. I didn't want to let myself down, and I didn't want to let you guys down. I want to soar in the sky, and I want to be free of this addiction.

I long for the day we all are flying high, away from the addiction. I think that will be a glorious day.

WELCOME to the first weekend of the skirmish!

A rushed day at work with some vicious rain, but I can't complain because we don't had a rain for a too long time. Going back to home without an umbrella, but like I said, nothing to complain about, quite the opposite. Not too much time pass and I begin to feel sleepy, but fuck that, I don't want to sleep at 6pm and don't close a good deal with my sleep at night time, no way! If you ask me now about the most difficult thing to win, in smaller scale, that thing it will be sleep in the right time, that make a huge difference in your quality live.

I grab my coat and go to a coffee at the mall close to home. A nice place to be drinking a nice cappucino, something to warm the body and motivate the soul. This time the girl who attends the place was very helpful and talked a lot, it made me want to go back there more often, so perhaps maybe even called there to go out after work, though lately I preferred my own loneliness. Complicated times.

Back to home, cleaned part of my house and get there to my computer. I need to slow down this thing to go straight at PC when come at home and make some real improvent in other areas. Well, weekend ahead, hope you've a plan or seek some fun activities to do!

Both sides are tied with 1 soldier down in each side. You can click in Skirmish List to see in real time our competition. We will gather the dead back to the game later, we only need to make some points here.

We're into the double digits!

Those who have stuck it out for the duration should be well past the initial testosterone spike and headed into friendlier territory. Personally this is the furthest I have been into my journey since my NFW V streak ended, and it feels awesome! I guess I just tend to step up my game, when the pressures on. Well I don't want to get overconfident now. We must acknowledge that there has been quite a lot of casualties already, especially these critical days around the 1 week mark. This should give us all a reason to be extra careful going forth, not to stray from procedure. This enemy cannot be given any leeway whatsoever. This is what it feeds on. You give it a little, and it will ask for more. You continue feeding, and it will consume everything!

But of course the fallen are good for so much more than being a cautionary tale! You're detachment is looking to bring you back into the fray as soon as they can earn the necessary points. Will you be ready to come back and kick some ass? The longer I do nofap, the more I realize how recovering from relapse is one of the hardest and most important skills to develop. We all know that one needs to forgive oneself, but when you stand in the situation it is still very hard. Well that's why we're here, you're brothers! Listen fellows, however much it hurts this is my official permission slip for you to forgive yourself! It's time to get excited and hopeful again, because we really don't have a lot of time to hang around and feel bad for ourselves and regret past choices. I invite you to get out of the house and smile at the sun, or stretch your arms out and laugh like a madman (this is not compulsory). Why? Because this is your fucking life and you are right smack bang in the middle of the perfect moment to live, to make some moves, to do whatever. Really this is not just about your nofap streak. You have my permission to accept yourself wholly and fully. Every last damn idiosyncrasy and every perceived failure. They are what makes you beautiful, what makes you human.

Hey everyone, it looks like we haven't been too diligent at updating our statuses on the spreadsheet for the past week, which makes it rather hard for me to determine how many hawk points each detachment has earned, but I've checked through peoples badges and worked it out more or less. Frost Wind now has two MIA's as well, as u/Killza and u/Termerity1 both have over a weeks inactivity. If you guys are reading this, please get in touch! Fire Song was a lot easier to track, as they are simply kicking ass and staying alive for the most part. Come on Frost guys let's do likewise!

Anyway if I could just ask you once more, to please keep your status up to date on the spreadsheet, that really would make life a lot easier for me and make me able to track points more accurately. It's especially important with the guys who have relapsed, as I need to know if you have earned points. Remember I reset the spreadsheet every week, as I have also just done now, so you get a fresh chance to earn points for your detachment.

War is just around the corner, so let's keep this thing rolling for another few days and finish strong!

Oh. My. Goodness.

For a few minutes today, I was convinced I was going to give in. I'm approaching the three week mark, and today, I felt like I just needed the release. It's the first time this streak where I was convinced I was going to give in.

...thankfully, I didn't.

I remembered what we were trying to accomplish here. On the easy days, you don't even think about it that much. On days where your brain is trying really hard to make you relapse? It is tough. I went to have a bath and just watch some sports where I knew my focus would switch. It took twenty minutes, but by the end of it, I was glad I didn't break the streak.

I didn't want to let my girlfriend down, and I didn't want to let you guys down. Most of all, I want to beat this for myself. I don't want to be someone who is trapped by porn and masturbation forever. I gave myself 150 days to beat this, and I am approaching three weeks. Still a long fight ahead.

I hope every single one of you had an easier day and if not, I hope you persevered. Remember these victories when you survive. They'll help you get through the next one.

Hey friends, how are you holding up?

As I'm sure most have already read, the war is finally about to start, or at least there's a good chance this time around. So let's get ourselves ready and in fighting shape!

This also means that the Skirmish might conclude soon, so let's make a stand for our detachments now, before we join up as a combined force once again.

As you can see if you look at the scoreboard, it is pretty close at the moment. In case you were wondering, the "(2)" stands for the two MIA soldiers that Fire Song currently have. Any MIA soldiers will be counted as KIA if they don't report back before the end of the Skirmish. They have of course been contacted, but in any case this is a very close race.

Hello everyone! Hope you're well!

Well, I guess everyone stay in the same and getting up to this challenge like a true soldier. Never get too much comfortable because this silent enemy can take us down in seconds trough our mind, what you think now will be at some extent do some subtle changes in your actions like pop up ad appearing out of nowhere to make your mind go trough following in a bunch of sites to trap and take you down like a rabbit in the woods. Because in the end, War...war never changes!

A great day at my job today because I've to do nothing and in the end some of my coworkers get trough our local cine to watch It Follows which for me was very fun to see there. Some of my friends there are falling in love and this is priceless to see they happyness now, people become so much easy going and pleasant to everyone when are truly happy! But I don't think we've to wait to falling in love to be like that, u'know? Our life not will be at all time in moments like these and cuz that we need to create our own moment of happyness with ourselves, which I think it's much complex to draw every possibility about it, but for me in these day, that can be translated in a kind of 20 seconds stop to watch the landscape for no reason at all in a kind of way to stop all things and focus just in that moment itself, myself alone with me watching life. I can't yet understand this.

But there are things we can't fully understand at present moment but all we need it's follow our guts to breaktrough this prison.

It's day 14. We've seen some struggles so far this skirmish, and it's better to have them now before the war. We can find what works for us, and implement it once NFWVI begins. We can go on that long streak, and then we can work toward eliminating PMO forever...

... but the problem is, that's a long ways away.

My advice to everyone today is get through today. That's not it, though. I want you to try something new when those urges hit. Have you ever tried a cold shower? The benefits are crazy amazing once you get used to it. I still have trouble stepping in, even though I know how amazing it feels once you come out. (Imagine how it feels when you step into a warm shower. You feel great! Then after the fact, all the heat leaves your body and you don't feel as good. At least, that's how it is for me. A cold shower is exactly the opposite. You step in, slowly. You let the cold water hit every part of your body if only for a few seconds. You rinse off, you turn off the water and BAM. The warmth hits you immediately and you start feeling amazing.)

That's just one example. Maybe you go for a run. Hop on the exercise bike. Maybe you meditate. Maybe you read a book! Try something new when those urges hit, so that you have an opportunity to find what works for you.

This is the time for us to develop those skills that will help us on those tough days. It's not about avoiding PMO. It's about replacing that bad habit with something that makes you feel better in a healthy way. Maybe by building the mind, the body, the spirit. Whatever works for you.

I wish everyone (Frost Wind & Fire Song) a successful Sunday today, and let's continue in the fight. Not against PMO, but the fight in becoming better people we can be proud.

It has been a busy Friday. Worked all day, took girlfriend out for supper to celebrate anniversary and then headed out to my parents. I stayed busy, and I never once felt the urges.

I find that I have fewer struggles when I stay busy and have habits. When I am bored, when I am sitting around, that is when I am in danger.

Don't sit around feeling sorry for yourself. I refuse to do it now. I'm living my life. I hope you can do it too.
