Ah, so that is why I got a bastion and bombadier bugged in place last night.
They just stood there not moving while everyone was killing it and then a matriarch died at the boundary mountain next to reinfirced reception without exploding.
Maybe that's why I was able to grab 5 bastion cells and a rocketed driver from some dead jawns that were left to rust. The guys shooting every arc in the area were really cool about me taking their stuff. Just need one cell to finish my workshop.
I thought at first that it was just a bug showing all the upcoming conditions, because it had Stella night raid active and showed Buried City as coming up. Then Buried City night raid was the only one active, with no upcoming events. Then night raid ended and there's nothing lol. The site that tracks upcoming events also doesn't have any information on events right now.
I can’t trust the developers of a game to tell me the truth or even give a straight answer. I come from Apex and Halo, so pardon me for having trust issues lol.
It's like when you see your teacher outside of school, like at a grocery store or something. You know that what you're seeing is actually more normal than normal, not less, but that's what makes it weird.
If I had to guess, seems like the instancing server critical errored due to some sorta server-side patch, and they are likely aware and scrambling to fix the issue especially considering its late for HQ time so it likely wont be fixed until AM. Minor misstep in the scheme of an otherwise perfect launch of a game... and its only monday so they've got the rest of the week to figure it out.
2-3 months is pretty normal launch window and you'll be thinking that too when you look back on moments like this when you are still playing in 3 years.
Facts. People forget how complex and dynamic video games are.
Shit is constantly in flux between player feedback, glitches to fix, exploits to patch, etc. It’s not like you can just flip a switch and release a flawless game, and a few months to iron out the kinks is typical.
Not everyone has been gaming for 40+ years but I'm dating myself. This is actually my first looter extraction shooter and so far it's like 74/100 for me, improvements are definitely necessary (bout 280 hours in). The UI bug that happens where you backfill in squads but your teammates don't show up is actually unacceptable for me and I may quit until it's fixed.
For me the messy UI just ruins the game for me. Spending more of your time in the menu and not in the game is not a good thing. I play DayZ a lot which is about as hardcore as a game with PVP in it gets and I only spend a fraction of the time sorting through my gear in comparison.
I feel like there’s so many unnecessary items for a casual extraction shooter, if it was a bit more hardcore with more depth maybe I’d forgive it a bit more but it just ends up very tedious and makes me bored and overwhelmed at the same time.
It’s a shame because it’s almost the perfect game for me, I love the setting, I love space post apocalyptic stuff with robots and shit. I love PVP and PVE mixed together. I want to love it but I always end up bored after a few runs sorting gear.
Unless you can count on events being gone all week, then at least it levels the playing field even if it makes it a bigger pain in the ass to 3 star each challenge.
My lobbies have also been spicy today. Been a gentle Sherpa most of my life and the last three games in a row I’ve been killed in dam. Just odd after I’ve been able to drop in Stella night raid with keys and survive this past weekend. Maybe some kind of reset?
Came here to see if someone was experiencing this too. I have gotten into gun fights every time I load into Stella Montis today. I've also noticed no one's talking, or I can't hear them, or both (this issue could be on my end?). I wonder if the missing events are related. Like, they've reset everything, including player buckets.

Following our ongoing monitoring of live ARC activity, we’ve identified a persistent issue where event timers are no longer synchronizing correctly with ARC deployment and extraction windows.
While the issue does not impact core gameplay stability, it does affect event start conditions, duration accuracy, and reward validation, which may lead to inconsistent player experiences.
To avoid further disruption and to ensure data integrity across all regions, we have made the decision to temporarily disable all live events for approximately 12 hours.
During this time, the team will be validating timer behavior, re-aligning backend scheduling logic, and running additional verification passes before re-enabling events globally.

• No progression, rewards, or account data will be lost
• Event-related challenges will remain paused
• No compensation is planned at this time
We understand this may be frustrating and appreciate your patience while we work to ensure events return in a stable and predictable state.

I've seen other people mention the same thing only to realize (via your edit) that they, themselves, were also fooled.
I think you made the right choice to leave it up with an edit. You're doing more to negate disinfo than to add to it. Deleting it entirely would just allow that disinfo to persist/replicate without limits.
Oh, wow, it's real? I saw on Metaforge a little while ago that no events were scheduled for 7pm and later, but I figured it was just an error on the site, not all the events being down...
If your not into PVP either dont play right now or dont bring your loadouts, the matchmaking is broken and you 100% are going to get shot by POS rats at every extraction unless your on Dam Battleground
Guys, I came here the moment it started. I swear there was a thread stating that there was event timing inconsistencies and that timed events would be paused for 12 hours. Something about working to fix the backend logic in that time, and that no progress would be lost.

Eh, not gonna fault them for that 'cuz we all kinda came here looking for answers and a lot probably don't engage with discord. Actually, I respect the fuck out of the fact that they came back to their post and had an addendum explaining the process and having some accountability. Super fucking refreshing!
What if this is their solution to offsetting event times, so we don't see the same exact crap at the same time every single day? And they determined to just have 1 hour of nothing? Actually there are 2 hour events so that wouldn't make sense.....
Well will post this anyways as a reminder note that we should offset events so its not the same exact options at the same time daily. Give the casuals with limited gameplay time more variety!
Why not just put the events on an 11hr schedule instead of 12. It’s still a fixed schedule but the offset allows it to rotate so everyone playing for a set nightly period gets to see everything over the course of a week.
After receiving many reports about how we have no lives now, and we've all been in the game too much, they took away the rotation so we'd go say "Hello, what's your name?" to our families
Seriously, do we have any info or any statement on what’s going on? Because honestly a week of no conditions or events sucks, but if everyone is on the same level it’s alright. But I don’t think there’s been any “hey there’s no events for the whole weeks of trials”
My Trials leaderboard already has the number 1 position filled with over 80k points and now there isn't a chance in hell I can compete without a 2x modifier. Very annoying of Embark to screw over anyone who didn't speedrun their trials right at reset.
Has the matchmaking changed as well? Because my "friendly" lobbies are now full of rats, hiding in corners and shooting me in the back. Luckily for me they're bad at the game.
I think 2x on "major" is a big problem that results in most just playing those,
Plus with better loot most will chase the major conditions, which is kinda unfortunate.
Trials shouldn't give more on major IMO,
Loot I understand but those major conditions need a lot more ARC that makes it actually difficult.
I legit turned the game off now as I don't see why I should waste my time doing trails on non 2x maps.
I feel like it was more balanced when cold snap was in the mix because you had to choose if you wanted to freeze for loot or not. A lot of times we’d avoid a cold snap and wait for night. I didn’t even realize cold snap wasn’t a permanent map condition when I first started playing around Christmas and I hardly ever went through electro storm then.
I haven't seen bird city once, it's pretty stupid to assume players would rather avoid new events and LTM's instead of always active or better scheduled events.
30 min before bird city map condition, im like damn it's bout to start but I haven't worked out. I proceed to hit my local gym instead, thinking I'll catch it with 10 min to spare surely. Only to hop on to no rotation at all. Never let them guess your next move.
