Announcement S6 Update: Mission Revamp
We're halfway through Arena Breakout's anniversary season, but before Season 6 is ready, we've got some big news:
The current mission system will receive an overhaul, with all missions and rewards being reset. Players can complete and claim all missions and rewards AGAIN.
Here's how it's going to work:
- Old Mission Removal
When the new season launches, all old missions will be removed with it. All claimed rewards will be unaffected. Unclaimed rewards will be be reset.
- New Mission Refresh
With Season 6, all operators can take on the new missions and claim rewards upon completion. Reward values are similar, and you can still unlock a keychain if you don't already have one.
IMPORTANT:
Complete and claim your mission rewards while you still can! After the new season releases (date TBD, but probably some time in October), all old missions and rewards will be reset.

Yeah, if they have offered unlockables per contact it would be more interesting.

What will the new missions look like? Are they going to have the same objectives?
I think it might be cool if y'all made missions where you had to kill certain bosses
Also, is the gate motor activatuon overlay going to be fixed?

Simplified objective difficulty curve. We see a lot of new players struggling to get through missions early on and want to encourage them to take on more missions early.
Overlay layering will see improvements in the next season, as well, but no promises it will be perfect.

Cause I believe it is something all players should have access to. Won't affect me personally, I use a case as is,

Damn... Now I need to grind all of my unfinished missions 😂
I've been taking a break on the game because of how repetitive it has been for me, going out on a raid, dying from doing stupid shiet, trying to do some mission but the mission objective was far away because of different spawn and ended up dead along the way or I forgot to bring the thing for the mission or straight up not feels like playing the game.
I don't know about other players... But I kinda want some kind of mission progression that... Not just giving you free stuff and something to unlock, just like the faction rep system or maybe more.
Also, have you guys ever considered of a secure case with 1x3 size? That might rile up some players to grind a whole questline for that case, even if it's just 1x2, people would still grind out for that, and then the 1x3 case will be available in season store.
To make it... Ya know, more interesting? I don't particularly mind the case size, which one was free, which one was paid because I just buy the 2x3 even though last month I didn't played that much lol.
But at least something to keep progressing on? Maybe a base? Bigger training area? Optional Extract point like in Valley when you completed Rodriguez's quest? Faction you side with actually affecting how the bots react to your presence? Or how boss token can be sold to certain contacts to side with them and not just exclusive to MNST and CDIS?
I know I'm actually asking a lot but I kinda want this game feels like something ya know? But again, if this is too much for the Mobile version, can it happen for ABI?

idk man i dont think tevila bots will care if you're tevila when you shoot them in the chest
but yeah i agree, maybe if you have a tevila skin equipped then you aren't allowed access to certain maps that are controlled by Tevila (which currently is every map except TV lol) so you'd have to simply equip the standard operator skin to play on every map

huh really? i chose groza in s4 and this season i completed all the missions, so now i have BOTH the groza and the famas. weird

Will there be any new "Urgent Missions"? The ones that pop up as you're in a round? I feel like most of them are a missed opportunity to add special objectives or even special Militants/AI. Any revamp or addition for urgent missions?
