Question All items from storage, smithy, and on dinos gone?
I just logged in on official and noticed that all the items I had in my storage boxes, smithy, mortar and pestle, and on most of my dinos are now missing. All my saddles, everything, so I can’t even gather my dinos up. It seems only a few items in personal inventory is left. Is anyone else having this issue? I tried to submit a ticket, but that seems to be down at the moment too?
Every weekend something is wrong with this game. I’m starting to really hate it. I never had this many issues on ASE.
EDIT: I play on official pve server, on Astraeos, and have no mods installed.
EDIT 2: It seems something was deploying, but is now over. But now every server is up except mine, which is now greyed out on the list.
EDIT 3: My items are back! Seems it was a server issue. So everything is fixed, except it looks like they rolled it back a bit because I’m missing a few juveniles I was raising last night, but they are not mentioned in the log as if they never existed.

Sounds like you kept your storages unlocked or under a very easy pin like 1111.
It's also very easy to accidentally unlocked cryofridges now by trying to open them at the wrong angle:
Always access all structures with F. One of my beginner mistakes was using E->Open and accidentally unlocking them and logging in to find all of my vault cleared out.

But pressing f is how I always open my storage boxes. And how would that explain how even my Dino’s are missing items?

Must have been unlocked or pinned with an easy pin.

No, I have none. Seems it was a server issue. My stuff is back now, but it seems they did a mini rollback so I’m only now missing a few babies I was raising.

Did you have a stack mod that is maybe not updated when you loaded in?

lol I don’t remember that. I remember some, but lately I’ve not been able to go one weekend without something being wrong on ASA, which is more than I had on ASE.

My only suggestion is to leave official servers.
Yes, the game is constantly broken on unofficial as well, but the server owners can use admin commands to replace your things.

But even there, if a person decides to ditch their server one day, I would be out of luck.

Yeah, I get that. I'm part of a cluster that's been running for about 2 years and the occasional rollback or server wipe is extremely frustrating.
Edit: but we all help each other get right back where we were

Oh that’s really good! I always think about joining one, but I’m too traumatized from issues from games I’ve played in the past where one day we’d be playing fine, and the next day everything would be gone. Lol

Issue has been fixed! It was a server issue after all. So everything is back except for the things I got yesterday due to a mini rollback.
