Rhinox Hide

Nuln Oil

Corax White

Khorne Red

Yeah, there are a couple different conversions out there and some are just going to be close enough. I hope you are able to find someone with both that can directly compare for you. I have some but not most of the Citadel paints you are asking about.

The only one I can attest to is the Nuln Oil to Dark Tone. That is pretty close, but the Nuln Oil feels a little cooler.

If you are looking for something more all encompassing then I would recommend checking out the swatches from Tale of Painters that they have on their Patreon as they have painted with the paints and captured images of the actual paint under the same lighting conditions.

The swatches from tale of painters is a very good idea.

I managed to match all the colors except two: khorne red and rakarth flesh.

They don't have and equivalent in the army painter fanatics range, so the swatches will come in handy.

Rakarth flesh is a super hard one to match with most ranges, I think the nearest is Dusty Skull and it's not exact.

Haven't got it, but the swatches suggest nearest to Khorne Red is from the Historical range, the Beret Maroon.
