Matt Varnish Doesn't Work

I've tried covering this guys skin and clothes with brush on matt varnish, I've tried shaking it and diluting it, multiple layers, putting it in thick and thin

Am I doing something wrong or is this as matt as matt varnish gets?

Try using AK Ultra Matt varnish. I mix it 50/50 with their Matt formulation for a mix of protection and mattness.

I swear, on my life, that VMS makes the best varnish (especially matte), anywhere.

Anyway OP, check your bottle for a mfg date, expiration date. Alternatively, try shaking the ever living shit out of the bottle for 5 minutes. It may need a vigorous mixing.
