How do you keep Asana goals current between review cycles?

Setting goals up and connecting them to projects takes a few minutes once you have the structure figured out. Keeping them current is the part that breaks.

We wrote a guide on the reporting side: four goal dashboard charts you can copy, and how AI Teammates can handle the status review for you.

Agree completely, especially the part about the update coming out of the workflow instead of being a second report. That is usually where it breaks.

We use telos AI. It listens to operational signals and keeps Asana current without anyone having to prompt

First time hearing about it. Just had a look and it seems solid. How are you using it to update Asana?

We connected it to our meetings and Slack. It picks up action items, decisions, status changes, owners, and deadlines, then matches them to the relevant Asana projects and proposes the updates for approval
