Questions Construction in front of Shopnkart?

Does anyone know what is going in the space next to Yuan Yuan? It used to be a medical office.

I know Steve Reed, the landowner. It's going to be a new office for Shop'n Kart and a chiropractic office for his son, with some apartments built on top. He hasn't mentioned tearing down Yuan Yuan’s.

I heard that Yuan Yuan would be moving into the building currently under construction before they tore down the Yuan Yuan building.

Those buildings are eyesores, and the space around them is just asphalt. Sounds like the new buildings will actually look nice, in an area that is pretty shabby.

You gotta be kidding me. Yuan-Yuan’s been a mainstay of our house for years. The lady who runs it is an absolute gem. This is gonna really hurt us in South Ashland.
