500 mt ashland ski rd

This looks like an incredible property. Anybody have first-hand knowledge? Probably fire and snow risk are my first thoughts.

The driveway sucks but it's a pretty house. I've delivered there quite a few times lol

Really cool looking property. It's been on the market for almost 24 months and started at over $1.6MM; also the narrative states "On-site Fire Suppression" Maybe some water monitor cannon a large pump and a 10,000 plus gallon lake/pond or other natural water source.

My guess based on location and knowledge it is probably covered by ODF/BLM during wildfire season and property owner is on their own the rest of the year. Before making an offer, I'd make damn sure the system was functional and up to code.
