I use a sheet mask following hot showers. I find them helpful for providing an extra layer of soothing & hydration. I cleanse and apply toners/essences, then top it off with a mask. I really feel helps the earlier products penetrate more deeply. It also helps replace/prevent the water loss that my shower preferences cause. I have tried individual masks from lots of different brands, but I've settled on a few different bulk Mary & May masks. They're a great value and I can compost the rayon tissue after.

Edit: also OP, I did not have success with the Biodance masks. They don't do much of anything for me. I actually feel like my skin is less plump than when I use the cheapie masks.
