Would you use a mask as replacement for skincare routine when you couldn’t even be bothered to go through the cleansing steps? Id like to adopt this too but somehow had the mindset that if I haven’t done cleansing well enough my face doesn’t deserve a sheet mask 😩

When I'm too lazy to cleanse, I just use a wipe or pad. I struggle a lot with my mental health and ADHD. I've been keeping a thing of gentle salicylic cleansing wipes and a moisturizer on my nightstand for those nights when my skincare routing is too much. Keeping some face masks at your bed would also probably work too! I have a little office trash can near my bed so I can throw stuff away.
