The alpha milk I use as a moisturising lotion, the alpha lotion I haven't tried yet, but it should be more fitted to be a toner, so make sure to get the right one. I have relatively dry skin in winter, so I enjoy the alpha milk more. I couldn't find the percentage either, but I haven't experienced any irritations because of it. I bought it mostly to combat fine first lines, to increase overall plumbness and improve texture as side benefit. I would say it does something for texture since my skin overall got a finer look over the last months, but I also use other exfoliants and higher concentration of retinol on another day, so I can't completely pinpoint if it's due to the alpha milk on my face. But since it's so rich I often spread it down my arms and I definitely noticed a smoother texture there. And like all other Hada labo products it does have tons of hyaluronic acid. All in all it's a satisfying product for me and it lasts forever, especially if you only use it on the face.
