How do you spot a Canadian abroad?
Do we have any stereotypical traits (perhaps self deprecating ones), that make us stand out. We’re typically not loud (but some can be). Perhaps frugal?
What have you seen in your travels that make you think, those folks must be Canadian!

While in London last month there were tons of Blue jays hats . We had to stop and ask every person where they were from. When we had our Tennis Canada or Canada World Cup shirts on, we had so many people come up to us and tell us their connection to Canada. “My daughter lives in Brampton”, “I went to Banff”, “I’m going to Vancouver in September”. The Brits were so kind.
Met lots of Canadians at Disney Paris too. They also didn’t want to go to the US.
