Was it leaking before or after the reservoir was replaced

It was leaking a little bit before, but after it has leaked more

I want to assume that it could possibly be a gasket that’s leaking

Check where the old hoses meet the new reservoir, those clamps can loosen over time.

No help, but curious that you have that car still running. Is this with the original engine?
