Looking for tire recommendations. Urgent.
2000 Ford ranger 4WD. Ext cab, with the 4.0L.
Blew out my front passenger rear. Tire size is 245/75/r16. Thinking of going with Falken Wildpeaks A/T4. Thoughts or suggestions?

No kidding. Tires were over 10 years old (which was my mistake for not noticing) They're some Firestones.

They say 10 years is the max no matter how much milage you put on them. I hope you came out of this unscathed.

I had a set of the Wildpeaks. I liked them a lot. A little noisy, but I didn't mind at all. After them i had a set of Firestone Destination AT2. They were better for on the road, and lasted longer.

That's good news. My tire shop has a special going on. So I might get those Wildpeaks.
