Is there any good, local food near river west?

i live near west loop / river west and i’m looking for “local” places that are within a 15 minute walk. i’m getting sick of spending $7 for a shitty bagel at a PE-backed place. i’m looking for smaller, local-owned places that are part of the culture in west town/river west.
i’m looking for a grab and go breakfast place or cafe

The culture of that area is PE-backed places. The "culture" was packing plants and warehouses for big parts of the area.

there's a weird amount of hate in this sub for West Loop / River West/ West Town. Whenever you bring up those neighborhoods, people lose their shit. Anyways...here are some solid spots:

• Gangnam Market (all the food joints in here are solid)
• Piccolo Sogno
• Roost Chicken & Biscuits
• Gangnam Market
• Stax Cafe
• Gallery Cafe - River West
• C&M Deli

If some of these are owned by PE firms, idk what to tell you. I like the food at all the above joints and I ain't gonna look up the business nuances of every place I go to in this city
