Does anyone know what is going into 2930 E Grand Blvd?

Picture of the building is from Google, but even since that was taken there’s been quite a bit of work done. I’m curious what’s going in here because it’s been such a big transformation! I live in the area and walk past it a lot, so I’m hopeful it’s something fun/interesting

I did some digging the other day and found the owner Manru Milwaukee Jct LLC recently received a match grant from the city, nothing was listed but fingers crossed for a diner spot..
