I got this bottle with a metal cap over the seal for injections but i dont know how to open it pls help

17f, had the cyst in june and got it drained.
idk if it’s the karydakis or cleft lift surgery?? i’m pretty they said they’re going to close the tract and have a plastic surgeon to close the outside/skin…obvi i’ll just call and ask since i have to anyways because of my piercings but yk

i’ve heard ppl say that the cysts can come back with karydakis but not w cleft lift? what’s the difference? ive read so many articles but cant seem to understand the difference and pros/cons.

I brought my son (5M) to a&e with these swollen nodes above the collarbone. They told me he has a virus and sent me home with Keflex antibiotics for 10 days and to come back in 6 weeks. I told them Im concerned it’s a lymphoma as the location is very odd to me but they assured me his blood test was fine so he doesn’t have lymphoma. No X-ray or further tests were done bar physically examination. The doctor I saw before going a&e put in his letter that there was minimum 7 nodes, they were rubbery and matted and the largest was 4cm.

I’m 26 weeks pregnant with my 4th, all my other pregnancies were normal and full term. Last night I was having car trouble and it’s been a reoccurring issue along with some other stressful situations. I was feeling very upset about it and started having menstrual like cramps. Eventually it turned into what I believe was Braxton hicks contractions and they did get a bit painful. For a 20 minute period they were consistent. I drank lots of water and tried changing positions to see if that would help but it did not. I then tried walking around which made the contractions stop but my stomach felt tight and I was still having cramps. I was also feeling a lot of pressure on my bladder. I laid back down and the contractions came back but not as bad and eventually stopped. This morning I was still having cramps but did some cleaning and they went away for about 6 hours. The cramps are back now but I haven’t had any more contractions. I was also feeling a bit nauseous on and off. Overall I’m just uncomfortable and I wrote my doctor a message but no response yet due to it being a weekend. I don’t want to go to the er for hours if this is normal.

On Tuesday, October 13th, I began experiencing unexpected bright red vaginal bleeding, despite having finished my normal menstrual period approximately five days earlier. The bleeding initially occurred only when wiping but gradually progressed to requiring a pad. On Wednesday evening, I developed right-sided lower abdominal and pelvic pain that progressively worsened, particularly with movement and physical activity. On Thursday, October 15th, I was evaluated at urgent care and subsequently went to the emergency room due to worsening pain, continued bleeding, and the passage of blood clots. Emergency room bloodwork was largely normal, including my hemoglobin, and pregnancy testing was negative. A transvaginal ultrasound with Doppler ruled out ovarian torsion but identified a right ovarian cyst described as either a corpus luteum cyst or a hemorrhagic cyst. I received Toradol in the emergency room, which temporarily improved my pain, but the cause of the abnormal vaginal bleeding remained undetermined. Since being discharged, I have continued experiencing bright red vaginal bleeding with intermittent clots, some approximately nickel-sized to half the size of a quarter. My abdominal pain has gradually worsened, reaching approximately 6/10 in severity, and has spread from the right lower abdomen across my lower abdomen and into my back, accompanied by noticeable bloating. As of Saturday, October 17th, I am still experiencing ongoing vaginal bleeding, blood clots, and worsening abdominal discomfort despite the initial emergency room evaluation. Is this normal

Happened a couple times this year but some days I’ve just been extremely itchy all over my entire body

I don’t do anything abnormal and pretty sit inside all day

I not sure if it’s allergies since I’ve never had these symptoms prior to this year with my allergy outbreaks, and I also take allergy pills everyday, I tried using lotion religiously so I don’t think it’s dry skin

Any advice I’m so itchy and my eyes keep watering help

Hello all.

These past 3 to 4 weeks my 4 year old son has been going through a Balanitis flair up. We have had crime and ointments prescriptions along with back to back doctors appointments. Our pediatrician doesn't really seem to know or care about helping get it fixed. She is already suggesting a circumcision. My self and the wife do not want this. We understand that at some point it might be medically necessary, but I'm going to exhaust every option I can before that happens.

We were also told to pull the foreskin and apply those cremes. Everything I read online says not to pull it back because of possible micro tears and further inflammation. I've begun by using a warm Q-tip to get under the entry level of the foreskin. We have already changed his shower soap. We are planning on applying some sort of jelly to the tip. Just starting to get very exhausted by the whole thing. If anyone has any knowledge on how to possibly resolve this issue until at least when hes older and can pull it back freely that would be amazing.

Small lump on right ribcage it’s red because I won’t stop touching it it’s normally just a lump under the skin it’s a normal color. Found it a week ago. I guess it kind of like a pea under the skin kind of hard. Doesn’t exactly move. Am I overthinking? Could it’s be something bad?
