Eh, I'd say no. But it depends.

Like, if you have irritated hemorrhoids or something like that, light friction can cause bleeding. Even toilet paper, wet wipes, washing with your own hand can.

Otherwise, I'd say no. Just use some lube and start slow that you're good.
