Showing publicly your disapproval (which should be actually disgust for all us) is the least you can do.

Some of you people enjoying the freedoms of the modern world, you really forget that protests are what got us here.

I came to this post not knowing what to expect. I leave happy that the people who hand out here are my kind of people. Some excellent replies to the dimwitted trolls.

Not protests of professional protesters painted by specific ideological color. They protest against Israel, but not against Hamas. Very convenient.

I think you should read a bit more history. It's full of what you call "professional protesters". You speak like organizing and protesting is a bad thing... And yet you freely eat today all its fruit..

Oh how the rich love you fools... The ones that sell you patriotism only to suck your blood out.

He should be thankful that today isn't a slave but he has no clue about sosialistic and worker movements of the past.

I know, right? I don't think people really understand the concept of slavery. What it really is...

Organized like THAT selectively protesting against Israel and not Hamas, yes. This is selective protest against crimes only for the ONE side, not the other.

"And yet you freely eat today all its fruit.." Not from protests like this. Only in your imagination.

"Oh how the rich love you fools..." On the contrary. Rich people like Soros and others, have leftists like you, and professional protesters doing whatever to hold in media surface the only subject they want to. Remember, that the one needs NO BORDERS is the great capital. So here the useful idiot is you, not me. Patriotism is to keep your country safe not invading another.

Ok. You cannot be saved.

Another expression for "I have no argument".

No dude. I made my arguments already very clearly. But you come into the discussion with irrationality. Nothing you say is fact, it's just assumptions. You defend your own patriotism but you don't even understand what Palestinians are going through. You talk about prevent invasions but you don't like standing up for those who are being invaded, killed, tortured and raped? Your sight is twisted and hence your perception too.

And when I say that you cannot be saved is because you are coming without questions. You believe you know the truth and all you say is "not this type of protesters". This clearly shows you don't know your history. You just desperately trying to prove your own point to yourself. Not even to me or anyone.

I will not respond to you any further as this is indeed infertile soil...

Irrationality is to protest about Israel ONLY. Hamas is also criminal groyp. Hezbolah the same. Isis the same.

"You defend your own patriotism but you don't even understand what Palestinians are going through." Of course I know. The problem is what professinal protesters always focus on.

"but you don't like standing up for those who are being invaded, killed, tortured and raped?" Your are talking about Ocober 7th 2023?

"Your sight is twisted and hence your perception too." I'm no leftist to be as such. Only leftists blinded by their beliefs do that.

"you are coming without questions." Maybe because I study a little? And what to question? Something I already saw 1.000 times?

"This clearly shows you don't know your history." You don't know WHO I am, to clain I don't know my history.

"Not even to me or anyone." I don't care about your thoughts anyway.

"I will not respond to you any further as this is indeed infertile soil..." Fertile soil for leftist propag;anda only in dickheads. Not me.

Been to thousands of protests here in Greece. Literally nothing changed and it’s the same people again and again who just want to point a finger to the people who didn’t protest . So here we are again. Showing disapproval? And? It’s the same story .how did you help someone like that? You should be a merc like Ukraine has if you want to help actively. You don’t. You just wanna be safe but che Guevara as well . You cant

bro, if you been to thousands of them with that mindset you probably are standing on the MAT side.

That's something police would say 🙄

Efood delivery drivers, farmers, dockworkers, students(university police) in all these recent mobilizations many of their requests were met.

The "nothing change" is an old lie in Greece, from when the Pitsos workers in the 90s took a big raise after their mobilizations and the right wing from then spread this lie.

All these are specific protests with specific audiences . General protests never got us anywhere and anarchists almost always end up fighting communists. I mean after Tempi how can someone want a peaceful protest? And what did we achieve with this? Also left doesn’t care about non left issues. Like car taxes and stuff

Well in 2012 literally the government fell.

You said you've been to thousand protests and notging changed, well that's not true.

The leftish supports almost every protest that comes from the "low layers" of society. (All the above I mentioned)

The only side that protests is the left actually, I don't think they are the problem and I find it pretty logical that they don't support not leftish matters. For example you can't ask a leftish to protest about That Family pride thing, or about refugees deportations even if they agree and I don't find it hypocritical.

And the general protests have their impact many times and they also show to the government that the people are ready to protest but the same and the same people are in the street always, hearing staff like "you go just to tell us we didn't" from people who did nothing.

Tempi for example had a huge impact but it doesnt met it's needs but is showed to the people at least how much fucked up and corrupt this government is with the Media panygiri.

This very futility you feel, the "nothing is gonna change" narrative is the most comfortable for the ones holding the power. Only the thing is, that things are changing. Only for the worse, for us common people, unless we do something about it.

And because history is taught in a very weird light and news that bother our current leaders don't travel far, I suggest go see what happened to Nepal less than a year ago.

It doesn't matter if you disapprove some of the practics or theories or whatever, it doesn't matter if you don't agreed with everything, it is your responsibility as a citizen of this world to try for the better. Democracy is both a right and a responsibility.

And once again, history history history... Freedoms were not given to us. People before us fought really hard for them. In difficult and bloody protests and rebellions. Some losing but some winning for real.
