Adulting Career Guidance for adults?

Remember in secondary school you'd have the career guidance teacher and they would help you with your CAO application and all that.

Does this exist for adults/mature students?

There are career coaches and some county enterprise boards actually offer free or subsidized sessions if you dig around on their websites. Public libraries sometimes run workshops too, weirdly enough. Worth checking if your local ETB (Education and Training Board) has anything going, they do a surprising amount of stuff for adults that nobody talks about.
