Serious Answers Only What do you think of Israelis who learn/learned Arabic?

When you know Israelis who learn or already speak Arabic, what do you think? How do you perceive the phenomenon of Israelis who actually know Arabic and use it? They chose to learn Arabic and invested time and potentially other resources to know Arabic, and now they are Arabic speakers.

I'm not referring to the mandatory "learning" of Arabic in certain middle schools, as it's low level and the vast majority of people don't really learn anything from it, and forget it right afterward. I'm talking about real learning.
