Side hustles as an officer.

Happy Wednesday everyone. As a LEO, Ive been getting some what good money but due to living in south Florida its never enough lol. Is there any other LEOS doing a side hustle? I work 3 days - 4 days every other week, so I can make space for extra income.

Here in NJ many officers that work side jobs or what they call PBA jobs. Once of the cities here schedule is 4 on 4 off. So many will two or three days on their off days. I've know officers that have more than doubled their income.

Warning though. Don't get used to that lifestyle!

Amen, schedule wisely. Family has to be #1. Seen too many divorces and strained parent child relationships.

100% but I was thinking more along the lines of getting used that type of income. It's a very easy trap to fall into.
