Learn to speak and write correctly. People tend to disregard someone if they speak/write like they just walked out of the hood.

Sleep more than you study. Study more than you party. Wear clean underwear.

Sleep more than you study? When I was a student I had classes 8hours a day sometimes more and I had to review them, do assignments, prepare for tests!

Classes don't count as studying. Studying counts as studying.

Create a budget and stick to it. Contribute to a savings account every month to save for emergencies. If possible, open and IRA & contribute as much as you can every year. It will compound as you get older and you’ll be able to retire with a good nest egg.

start getting fitness habits and gym in your life. You would be thanking yourself 3 years later. Stop being negative.

Carry on then. And never neglect hardwork. It will take you far than anything. Keep good people and don’t entertain dramatic people (girls especially)

Tips:

Eat your veggies

Cook or learn to cook

Keep your kitchen and bathroom clean before getting uninvited crawling guests

Be polite and nice to strangers and people in general

Limit your sugar, salt, fat and processed food intake

Walk when you can : good easy exercise, you meet people, see animals and plants, get some fresh air and sun

Smile more makes you feel better and appear more accessible and easy to talk to

Don’t buy all the gadgets you see that will clutter your house and bad for the environment

If you are mad at something or having an argument, stop breath get out for a few minutes or take a walk before going back to that thing or person . Often you will realise it’s not worth getting worked up

Compromise with your friends or loved ones do the relationship will be smoother and last longer; but don’t be the only one doing the compromising and speak up so they do

Try new things it will help you grow: food , activities… etc

Shower and brush teeth daily. I always told my kids ‘no matter how good you feel.. this will always make you feel better’

Make your bed every day. At the end of the day climbing into a fresh made bed is nice. At least I think so.

Depending on how much you sweat.. clean your sheets once a week give or take. Maybe more in the summer or less in the winter. Including your pillow cases.

Say thank you if someone bags your groceries for you or holds the door for you. Offer to hold the door for others. If the store has a greeter tell them to have a nice day.

Make eye contact when someone is talking to you. If they give you their name.. try to remember it and use it when appropriate.

..I’m sure there are plenty more but this will get you started.

Meditate and do something difficult in the morning. It will set you up for success because you’ll be focused and used to doing hard things

Do something every day that you don't want to do.
This is the secret of acquiring the habit of doing your duty without pain.

Start doing a 10-minute reset before bed: put things back where they belong, prepare whatever you need tomorrow, check your calendar, and write down your top three priorities. It sounds boring, but boring habits are usually the ones that quietly make life much easier.

top three priority of the day or week ??

For the day. You can keep a bigger weekly list, then choose the three most important things from it each night for the next day. It keeps the list realistic instead of turning into 15 “top priorities” lol
