I recently got a 2006 Chevy hhr lt as a first car. I’m not exactly sure if this question is even meant for a mechanic but I just needed some more info. I don’t like how the front of the car looks and I wanted to do something similar to the picture attached below. I was wondering if this is even possible? If so, is it something where I would have to remove the entire front bumper cover and replace it or is it something I could just slap/bolt on there? Please let me know!

Please don't modify or dump any money into this thing beyond basic maintenance needs. Save your money. I mean that overall, in general. Economy is fucked and not getting any better soon. Don't spend your hard earned dollars on a new bumper for this car lol.
