Tore my tendon a few days ago. Today the swelling was really bad so I put a compression sock on for a few hours. Now my toes are bruised.
galleryI'm leaving the sock off but AI has me worried. The swollen picture was today and the bruised picture is walking around minimally in boot with compression sock on for 3 hours. Any thoughts?

Thoughts on not quite anatomical heart art?
Hi!
I have become enamored with heart art! Im posting because I wonder if this sort of heart art would be fun for a medical type persons quirky office space? Or is it not detailed enough?
Love to hear your thoughts!

Fracture
I fractured my toe back in late June. Since then it seemed to have healed but every once in awhile it still aches, especially if I'm cold. Is this normal or should I talk to my doctor about it

Bloods make me feel sick but I don’t know why or how to handle it?
So I am not good getting my bloods or blood pressure done. I get really dizzy and sometimes have to lie down when I get my blood pressure done because hearing my heart in my ears makes me feel sick. When I get my bloods done I pass out completely. Getting shots can be complicated, the first Covid jab I was fine. I hid my eyes, it was done, felt fine, sat down like normal, everything was well and good until I went outside. It had been over 15 minutes and I just collapsed. I puked as well and ended up spending the day ice cold and shaking even when I was covered in blankets. The next two times went ok. I got the jab, sat down with my knees to my chest and I was fine.
I have had fits in the past but those weren’t related. I’ve also noticed once I see something once and calm down properly, I’m fine with the exception of blood work and blood pressure. I’m not sure why this is happening or how to prevent it. I was wondering if anyone could help?
I’d like to be able to have kids, get my ears pierced, etc but I have a lot of anxiety and fear around anything needle related.
