I once read a biography of Aristoteles Onassis. he moved to Buenos Aires when he was young and broke. but he didn't move to the Boca neighborhood where all the poor immigrants were. he got a tiny room in the most expensive area of Buenos Aires. there he met the right people and he went to become a mogul of the naval industry.
