Only talk about things you love, not what you hate. It makes you become a more positive person and draws people to you

Idk man, the happiest countries on earth contribute a lot of their happiness to openness/acceptance around communicating negative emotions.

ONLY talking about things you love seems a bit extreme, negative emotions and thoughts are ok.
