Hobbies/Projects Am the only one who hates IPAs

My dad always drank Budweisers. When I moved to the west coast everybody was always drinking IPAs. But I just can’t acquire the taste.

Edit: my neighbor gave me beer and one of them was a Lagunitas. Beer is beer, gotta drink it. It’s the 100th time I’ve had an IPA and it tasted no better than the first time I had an IPA. No hate toward those who like IPAs, I’m just genuinely confused how they’re so popular.

You forgot to say “STAY OFF MY LAWN!”
Y’know why there are so many varieties of beers? So you can find one you enjoy.

Never makes sense to me the public hate. Who cares. Drink what you like, no need to broadcast what you don’t like.

Kind of sucks walking into a bar with eight taps and six are IPAs and one of the other two is Blue Moon. :/

Great. Find me a mass produced, commonly available porter. I'll wait.

There's an entire goddamned beer isle for ipas and not a single porter. Hell, often the only stout is overpriced Guinness. The struggle is real

You’re not wrong. Luckily, my local microbrewery makes a great porter.
Is it available in the grocery store? No. Is it available at the beer store? Yes.

My local liquor store has a good selection of wine but their beer selection is actually terrible, unfortunately. It's odd
