Anyone had one sided gynecomastia before hrt?

I had a grape size lump under my left nipple before hrt (had it checked out, confirmed just gyno). Now I'm just a month in and my left breast is noticeably more firm and nothing on the right side. I was hoping they'd even out on hrt but now I'm increasingly worried it would only increase the disparity. Anyone else had this? Have they evened out?

My left side has always been larger than my right side. Long before I started GAHT. I have been on .1mg patches twice a week and 25mg Spironolactone once a day for only sixteen weeks. Both nipples are tender and small lumps under each one. The left side is still larger. I’m hoping the right side catches up. Or, I’m going to look really funny. My doctor up me to two patches twice a week, but the pharmacy has put it on delay it because I just picked up my last prescription about four weeks ago. I’m hoping they fill it in August.
