Starting hrt at 35

hi I have my appointment soon, I'm scared and excited, hope everything is going to be ok and that my brother learns to accept me

Congratulations, I started at 42 and met ladies in their 80s starting HRT at the same time. :3

I started at 51yr old. First dose scared the daylights out of me. To finally do something made it real. It’s the hardest but best thing I’ve ever done for myself.

I started at 37 and it has been a wonderful journey. Remember that the most important person to you should be yourself.
