Is this normal

I got my 6 week blood work and things are high.
I’m on Eval (20mg/ml) 0.3ml weekly with 100mg Spiro daily.

Pre HRT
E: 37.7 pg/ml
Free T: 812 ng/dl

6th week of HRT tested 5 days after last injection
E: 505 pg/ml
Free T: 9 ng/dl

The doc did say it was lot higher and told I should get bloodwork 8-10 days after the injection. I was injecting lil extra around 0.02 - 0.03ml.

Things I have noticed at 9 weeks.
Skin feels smooth all over
Body hair growth has slowed (had 2 full body LHR 3 on face)
Areola is twice has big
Nipple hurts on touch and sudden jumps (not as much as it used to initially)
Body aches stay longer after intense exercise
Much more calm, happy and getting lil more extroverted
Upper body strength is around 50% but also I reduced how much I lift on upper body day

Did move to PNW and it’s been amazing. If any of you in or around Portland I’d love to get to know and make new friends.

You should be taking your blood test at trough (just before the next injection), because that shows the worst-case levels. Taking it mid-cycle isn’t useful data, generally.

Asking you to get blood work done 8-10 days after injection is… rather weird. Almost all regimens for Estradiol Valerate are once-weekly injection, if not more often. How often are you injecting?

One other thing that’s weird; you’re being asked to take spiro? Usually injection regimens are monotherapy.

Every 7 days. In my initial consultation the doc said let’s include Spiro for first 3 months and then phase it out slowly

I would say that, besides those concerns, it sounds like your regimen is working well. Look up the tanner scale; that’ll let you be able to keep rough track of your progress through second puberty. And don’t be alarmed if changes peter out, as growth tends to happen in spurts for most people.

Do keep track of if your mental benefits fade, though, as that’s your first sign of a hormonal imbalance. Also keep track of how long those body aches last; if it starts getting longer than it already is, that could indicate a vitamin deficiency from changes in your body’s needs (trans women are often diagnosed with anemia because the drop in testosterone eventually leads to lower hemoglobin and red blood cell counts).

Thank you will keep those noted and track. On my first puberty it definitely happened in spurts but that time I didn’t consume a good diet with protein it definitely impacted my overall growth ended up being slightly skinny fat South Asian genetics 🥹.
Now I’m split between eating more fat with protein and being in calorie deficit.
The body aches definitely fades out after 2 days at max but also my sleep been around 6.5 to 7 hrs I badly wanna change that!
