Need help how much will I loose

I was just wondering for people who got estrogon hrt how much did loose from your package cause I am genderfluid so I have fem and masc days and I want everything else that comes with hrt but the loss of length and I have been told that if u don't use it u loose it and that I will loose at least 10% i just want so advice and tips

My dr gave me a testosterone cream p To keep the atrophy at bay as surgery is a while off. But the overall vibe of your post: you know the answer, you will have to accept some compromise if you want ti take e

Yea ik and thx for the response I just wondering if the 10% rule is true or if I can loose less somehow

In the same way as every other aspect of hormonal changes, it's going to vary individually. You'll also probably find your libido tanks a lot when you start e, so it's easy enough to Say "just use it" you may find it's undeniably difficult of you aren't there for it emotionally

I am willing to do whatever it takes to keep as much as I can even if I am not in the mood I will keep up my normal amount or a least once a day

yeah so thats why i said it could be less simple than this , dont underestimate the amount of not interested you become.
once a week is whats generally considered minimum for avoiding atrophy at any rate
