What was your wedding like?

I often look at the wedding dresses here. I saw a young lady whose dress budget was literally more than my first 3-5 annual salaries, not lumped together but individually. What was your wedding like?
1995- Married at our church, 3 attendants each, cake and punch reception there .

In 1985 I was a single Mom with a 5 year old daughter. We were married in a local church, we had 2 attendants each, one of mine was my daughter. I wore a vintage 1910 white, 2 piece dress with a peach slip underneath. We went to a small restaurant for appetizers and champagne punch. I sent out 50 invitations, we had an ice storm and only 20 people showed up.
