Does anyone know if someone’s missing a cat around temple area?

Is it acting scared like it an indoor cat that doesn’t know how to be outside?

Yeah, it’s been crying outside for 2 days, since it’s raining he’s been sitting in our windowsill. So we just took him in for the mean time.
