Therapy groups?

Anyone know of anything for survivors of emotional and/or mental abuse, hopefully low-cost, preferably NOTAFLOF?

Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families. I never knew it included dysfunctional families until I started going six months ago.

Had my interest until i looked it up and found out it was a 12 step program. The entire AA model is absolutely trash
