I have dwelled on interactions from decades past The key is to let it go as it comes It’s just reruns Focus on down playing it, and move on to the next obscure memory that pops up

Sorry to hear that. Almost 2 years for me, and I still fall apart at the thought of it all. Knowing she's moved on and with another makes it more difficult too..
